This book is about a boy with the name Billy. He have a big secret, it is a speciel frog. He call that frog Francis. All the kids in the class have a project, his is about Francis! But he do not know how to protect Francis. But one day he go to a speciel guy to ask him for help. He said that they most go to the leek where Francis live. When they go to the leek they saw how Pimply Pete catch all the frogs in the leek, and Francis too! Pimply Pete is a guy from Billys class, and have the project about frogs too. But he cut them and do more bad things with them. Next day heard about a radio show in the radio. That was his chance to help all the frogs that the people can not build things on  leek where all the frpgs are. In the evening he went to Pimply Petes house. The window of his room was open and Pete was no there sp Billy jump in. He find Francis and took her with him. Then he go home. Next day he was a local hero. He was on the radio and on the TV. Billy talk about to protect the animals in the leek and do not build things on it.
